Her Pilates classes are excellent, and Dance Jam is packed full of great moves, while ensuring a workout for the whole body. Her positive energy infuses and inspires everyone.     E-Fitness is the best! I have tried gyms and other workout studios, but E-Fitness is the only one that I have been able to stick with. Eleanor is a fantastic teacher and I love the energy of the classes. The level of intensity is perfect. The other women are very friendly and welcoming, which makes it a great social outlet as well. I always look forward to going to class and try to go 5 times a week if possible. The results have included increased energy, better flexibility, and overall better muscle tone. Going to class lifts my spirits. I highly recommend it!”

    I really appreciate the diversity and frequency of classes that support maintaining and improving flexibility and strength. I have early osteo arthritis and find the suggested adaptations in class very helpful. The pace of class, her instructions and the music contribute to a mindful, valuable hour. The E-Fitness Times, with additional focused exercises, health suggestions and recipes, are terrific added value to classes.

    Through E-Fitness, Eleanor provides an excellent workout in any of the classes I've tried (Pilates, Stretch and Dance Jam).
